POONCH, Sept 19: Divisional Level Inter District Hockey Tournament for all age groups both boys and girls, organized by District Youth Services and Sports Poonch concluded here today.
DDC Poonch Rahul Yadav was the chief guest and DFO Poonch Mohan Choudhary was the guest of honour, who distributed the prizes among the winner and runner-up teams.
Narjeet Singh Retd ZPEO, all ZPEOs and all other employees of the DYSSO Poonch were present on the occasion.
Vijay Kumar conducted the proceedings of the closing ceremony.
In U-19 final (boys), District Poonch defeated Jammu district by 4-0 goals. Kavleen scored two goals, while Rudhar and Jagmeet netted one goal each.
In U-14 final (boys), District Jammu beat District Poonch by 2-0 goals.
In U-17 final (boys), District Poonch beat District Jammu by 3-0 goals. Jagmeet scored two goals.
In U-17 final (girls), District Poonch defeated District Jammu, whereas in U-19 final, District Poonch defeated District Jammu.
The matches were officiated by Rajinder Singh Toofan, Narinder Singh, Manjeet Singh, Matinderpal Singh, Ruchika Sharma, Ravneet Singh, Gurdev Singh, Vikas Sharma, Harmik Singh and Sunil Raina.
