Hold 12th biannual exams: Students to BOSE

Srinagar, July 13: The class 12 students of Valley today appealed Board of School Education (BOSE) to hold their bi-annual examination as “much of their time has been wasted”.
The students said that they have already completed formalities for appearing in exam but the BOSE has not issued date-sheet so far.
“Normally, the exams of 12th bi-annual were conducted in June-July but this year even the date sheet has not been issued. Already, much of our academic time has been wasted due to inclement weather since March this year,” the distressed students said, adding: “our career is on stake.”
Meanwhile, the Public Relations Officer (PRO) BOSE, Showkat Usman, said that the exam of 12th class students would be conducted in last week of August. “The date-sheet would be out after 10 or 12 days,” Usman told Excelsior.
