JAMMU, Dec 24: Hotel Asia Jammu Tawi organized Painting Competition for Under-15 students, here today.
30 schools participated in the event, which was categorized in junior and senior groups.
The juniors were given the choice of drawing anything of their choice, while the theme for seniors was Pollution, Monuments of India and Scene at Railway Station.
The first, second and third prize in junior group was bagged by Mamta Sharma of APS Jammu, Hirdeshte Mahajan of Presentation Convent Senior Secondary School and Pranav Singh of KV No-2 Jammu respectively, while the Ankita De and Tahira Rehman both of APS, Jammu bagged first and second prize in senior category respectively and the third prize went to Sushil Gupta of KV-2 Jammu.
The competition was adjudicated by a panel of experts in the subject.
