RAJOURI, Apr 30: A kucha house of a poor family was gutted in Kalakote Sub Division of district Rajouri last night.
Police sources said that house of one Yash Pal, son of Kewal Krishan, resident of Jungriel village under Dharamsal police jurisdiction, caught fire during last mid night. While the family members woke up and ran away to safety, their all the household items including beds, blankets, quilts etc all were reduced to ashes. The neighbours though tried to douse the fire but failed to contain it. The police has taken cognizance of the matter. The cause of fire was not known.
