JAMMU, Jan 17: The students of Humanity Public School (HPS) Bassi Kalan, Bari Brahmana brought laurels to the Institution by securing one Gold, one Silver and two Bronze medals in 17th National Matsogi-Do Championship, held at Manohar Parrikar Stadium Madgaon in Goa recently.
In this championship, eight students of the Institution participated out of which four got medals. Akriti Charak of third standard clinched the Gold medal along with a cash prize of Rs 3000, while Jatin Bhagat of eighth standard won the Silver medal along with a cash prize of Rs 1500 and Prince of ninth standard and Rehan of seventh standard won Bronze medals.
All the winning students were honoured in the special assembly by the Principal of the School Gaurav Charak and Vice Principal, Anku Charak in presence of other staff members.
