SAMBA, Feb 27: One person died while another was injured in a road accident which took place on Jammu -Pathankot National Highway near Nonath Ghagwal when a car bearing registration number DL2AC/1930 hit a divider.
The two inmates of the car were injured in the accident. They were identified as Javed Ahmed, 40, S/o Bashir Ahmed of Anantnag and his wife Nazad Bano, 33. The duo was shifted to Accident Hospital Ghagwal where from they were referred to GMC Jammu.
At GMC doctors declared Javed Ahmed as brought dead. The Ghagwal Police has taken the cognizance of the case.
