ICC ODI batting Rankings: Virat static at no 1, Fakhar in top 100

New Delhi, June 19:

Indian skipper Virat Kohli, who failed to score big against Pakistan in the finals of the Champions Trophy, continues to remain static at number one in the latest ICC ODI Batting Rankings, while Pakistan opener Fakhar Zaman who scored a brilliant century in the finals has climbed in top 100.
India who faced defeat in the finals have lost both in rating points and rankings while Pakistan team claiming the Champions Trophy for the first time have gained in both.
In group stage after ICC released ODI batting rankings Virat was at no 1 spot with 875 rating. However, after losing in the finals Virat has lost 10 points, but with 865 rating the Indian skipper continues to remain static on top.
David Warner of Australia who stands at second spot with 861 rating is 4 points behind Kohli. AB de Villiers of South Africa is at no 3 with 847 rating.
Fakhar Zaman who scored century in the finals has jumped in top 100 and has reached 97th spot. Rohit Sharma of India has slipped one spot to 10th and is jointly tied at 10th with Shikhar Dhawan.
Former Indian captain M S Dhoni has slipped to 15th, while Kedar Jadhav has slided four places to 47th. Yuvraj Singh is at 85th spot. Pakistan captain Sarfraz Ahmed remains static at no 32nd while Mohammad Hafeez has climbed two places to 20th. Former captain Shoaib Malik has fallen three places to 51st.
In bowling Hasan Ali of Pakistan who was adjudged man of the tournament for claiming 13 wickets in the tournament has climbed two places to 7th spot while another Pakistani bowler who took three important wickets of India has moved 19 places to 21st spot. However, Indian spinners Ravindra Jadeja from 22nd spot has fallen to 31st position while Ashwin from 23rd has slided to 30th. Jasprit Bumrah has improved three spots moving to 24th.
In bowling rankings Axar Patel at 16th and Amit Mishra 18th are the top bowlers for India, but unfortunately both are not part of team India squad. Josh Hazlewood of Australia is no 1, Imran Tahir of South Africa 2nd and Mitchell Starc of Australia is static at 3.
In All-Rounder Rankings Shakib Al Hasan of Bangladesh is at no 1 and Ravindra Jadeja of India enjoys 10th spot. (UNI)
