JAMMU, Nov 2: Indian Hawks Roller Skating Club (IHRSC) skaters showcased their talent at the CBSE National Roller Skating Championship in Belgaum, winning an impressive four medals. Tamanna Saini secured two bronze medals in the 500m and 1000m events, while Puneesh Puri continued his winning streak with a gold medal, solidifying his top ranking in the U-14 Quads boy’s category.
Adding to the team’s success, Tabish Haider earned a bronze, highlighting the club’s strong performance. IHRSC President, Ashok Gandotra, a retired Chief Engineer, praised the skaters’ achievements and encouraged them to intensify their training for the upcoming RSFI Nationals in December. Parents expressed gratitude for the club’s support, which has contributed to consistent success.
President Gandotra inspired all IHRSC skaters to push their limits and trust their mentors, emphasizing that such guidance will be key to future victories. His message aims to drive the club towards continued excellence in training and competition.
