Srinagar, Dec 13: Police today said the inauguration ceremony of the South Kashmir Sports festival 2016 is being held at Boys Degree College Anantnag tomorrow at 2:30 PM.
A police spokesman said the festival will be conducted in two phases. “The teams of each district will compete between themselves at respective District Headquarters from December 15 to 17 in first phase. The 2nd phase of the festival will be conducted at Degree College ground Anantnag where the winners of first phase will compete among themselves (inter-district),” he said.
