Indian Army recruits students of VCE under University Entry Scheme

JAMMU, Mar 10: Adding another feather into the hat, this time Vaishno College of Engineering successfully conducted a placement drive for its 6th semester students initiated by the Indian Army under University Entry Scheme.
The placement drive attracted around 300 students from Vaishno College of Engineering and nearby institutions.
The officers from Indian Army team delivered the pre-placement talk followed by document verification and personal interview. Students were excited about this great opportunity to join Indian Army and were motivated by the Army Officers to join Indian Army and serve the nation.
Seventy five students were shortlisted after the two-step screening process.
It was indeed a proud moment for the students as well as the institution.
Lt Col AK Khajuria, Principal, Vaishno College of Engineering, delivered vote of thanks and presented the memento to the Army Officers.
