JAMMU, Sept 14: India’s fastest growing airline, IndiGo, is all set to expand its operations after the successful completion of 10 years of domestic operations. Underlining the growing demand in the domestic sector, IndiGo has added its 3rd daily non-stop flight on Jammu-Delhi sector from September 12.
Launch of new flights resonates with the airline’s expansion plan, and the month-on-month growth IndiGo has seen in the domestic skies. Both corporate and leisure travelers will now have the opportunity to experience the matchless on-time performance that IndiGo is synonymous with. With 112 Airbus A320 aircraft, 6E will now offer 823 daily flights connecting 40 destinations. These new flight will further consolidate IndiGo’s position as the fastest growing airline in India.
Commenting on the new flight schedule, Aditya Ghosh, President IndiGo said, “we are absolutely delighted to enhance our services out of Jammu and we are hopeful that these additional services will prove popular with our flyers. The new flight schedule from Jammu to Delhi and Delhi to Jammu is 12 noon and 10.10 a.m. respectively, daily.
