SRINAGAR, Oct 9: Minister for CA&PD, Choudhary Zulfkar on behalf of Minister for Youth Services and Sports informed the House that the establishment of Indoor Stadium in Kathua district has been included in the Special Package announced by the Central Government.
The Minister said as and when funds are received from the Centre, the work will be started after completing codal formalities.
