JAMMU, Aug 30: Special Secretary, Higher Education Department, Ch Rashid Azam Inqlabi, was accorded an affectionate adieu on his superannuation, at a function organized by the Higher Education department.
Inqlabi served in different departments during his 25 years of service. Secretary, Higher Education Department, Talat Parvez Rohella, acknowledged his contribution towards various departments in different capacities, particularly in Higher and School Education. The Secretary and the staff wished the retiree a healthy and prosperous post retirement life.
