RAJOURI, Aug 30: Gove-rnment Degree College (GDC), Thannamandi organized inter-class volleyball tournament.
The tournament was inaugurated by Principal of the college Dr Shakeel Ahmed Raina in presence of college sports committee convener Prof Junaid Jazib, Assistant PTI Shafqat Bukhari and PTI Assistant Mohd Sayaf.
Dr Shakeel Ahmed Raina while interacting with the participating teams highlighted the importance of sports.
Four teams of the students belonging to different classes of the college participated in the tournament. The final match was played between 3rd and 5th semester teams, in which former registered win by 2-0.
