JAMMU, July 23: R M Public School today organized two inter-class cricket matches for its middle wing students.
The matches were organized by Sports teachers— Rajesh Choudhary, Nardeep Singh and Jyotsna, and played in four rounds during which the students displayed high sports spirit.
The 1st match was played between girls of classes 7th and 8th in which 8th class girls emerged as winners. Simultaneously, a match between boys of classes 7th and 8th was also played, which was won by class 7th boys by 29 runs.
The winning teams were awarded trophies by the chief guest, Rameshwar Mengi, chairman of the school, who was accompanied by trustee of the school, Rita Mengi and Principal, Ravinder Kour.
