JAMMU, Nov 7: Inter-Collegiate Hockey (Men) Tournament 2023-24, GDC Kunjwani beat GDC Kathua by 2-0 in the final here today which was organised by the Directorate of Sports and Physical Education, University of Jammu. For the third place match GDC Poonch beat PG Dept. JU team by (2-1) goals.
In the Volleyball tournament GDC Ramban beat BDC Udhampur by (2-1) with set scores (20-25, 25-15, 25-7). In the second match GCET team beat MBS College by (2-0) with set scores (25-21, 25-21). In the third match GDC Pouni team beat GDC IMS team by (2-0) with set scores (25-11, 25-09). GDC Kunjwani team beat GDC Ukhral team by (2-0) with set scores (25-17, 26-24) in forth match while GDC Hiranagar team beat GDC Nowshera team by (2-0) with set scores (25-15, 25-20).
In cricket MIET beat Dogra Law College by 53 runs and GDC Paloura beat BDC Udhampur by 20 runs.
In Kabaddi, GCW Parade beat GCW Udhampur by 17 points with match scores (36-19), PG. Deptt. JU beat GDC Ramnagar team by 20) points with match scores (40-20), GDC Reasi team beat GDC Akhnoor team by 02 points with match scores (38-36), PG. Deptt. JU team beat GCW Kathua team by 15 points with match scores (30-15), GDC Bhaderwah beat GDC Billawar by 05 points match scores (25-20) and GDC Reasi beat GDC Kathua team by 05 points with match scores (30-25).
