JAMMU, Feb 15: The inter-collegiate Volleyball (Men) tournament 2022-23 was organized by Directorate of Sports and Physical Education, University of Jammu at Volleyball Court of University of Jammu, here today.
The tournament is being organized under the supervision of Dr Daud Iqbal Baba, Physical Director University of Jammu.
In men category, GDC Reasi beat GDC Akhnoor by 2-1 sets (25-13, 22-25, 15-11.), GDC Samba trounced GDC Marh by 2-0 sets (25-19, 25-23), GDC Khour defeated GCET Jammu by 2-0 (25-13, 25-19), GDC Poonch trounced MIER by 2-0 sets (25-12, 25-11), GDC Rajouri beat MBS College by 2-0 sets (25-13, 25-10), GDC Kunjwani defeated GDC Sidhra by 2-0 sets (25-11, 25-10), PG Deptt. defeated GDC Ramnagar by 2-0 sets (25-15 25-14), GDC Samba beat GDC Basohli by 2-0 sets (25-16, 25-17), GDC Kathua beat GDC Rajouri by 2-0 sets (25-13, 25-23), PG Deptt. trounced GDC Kunjwani by 2-0 sets (25-19, 25-22) and GDC Hiranagar beat GDC RS Pura by 2-0 sets (25-18, 25-19).
The matches were officiated by the technical panel of experts including Mulkraj Sharma, Anil Sharma, Parvinder, Shubam Sharma, Manik Nargotra and Vikas Karlopia.
