JAMMU, Aug 25: JK Police Public School, Miran Sahib organized Inter House Debate Competition on the topic “should Cell phone be allowed in school”, in which students from class VI to VIII took part.
In the competition, 16 speakers expressed their views. 8 spoke for motion and 8 against the motion.
The first prize was bagged by Manmeet Kour of VI B of Ambedkar House, whereas the second prize was claimed by Ankita Komal of VIII B of Ambedkar House and third prize was secured by Roshni Kumari of VI B of Ambedkar House. The overall trophy was claimed by Ambedkar House.
Principal of the school, Sanjeev Pradhan distributed prizes among the winners in presence of staff members.
