KUPWARA, July 1: District Youth Services and Sports Office Kupwara today kick started Inter school football tournament at Government Model Boys Higher Secondary School, here today.
The tournament will conclude on July 9, 2019.
Around 650 students from various schools of the district are participating in the tournament.
The tournament is being held under the overall supervision of District Youth Services Sports Officer, Haji Ghulam Hassan Mir and was inaugurated by Physical Education Teacher, Zone Kupwara, Abdul Ahad Pyar.
40 teams under the age group of 14, 17 and 19 will participate in the tournament, from which three teams will be selected to play inter division level tournament.
