JAMMU, Jan 12: Shiksha Niketan Senior Secondary School Jeevan Nagar conducted an online inter-school symposium competition of class 5th students on the eve of “Vishan Hindi Diwas”.
1st position was bagged by Adhya Gupta from RMPS, whereas 2nd position was bagged by Sharvi Sharma from SNS Jeevan Nagar and Ashvika Singh from Carmel Convent got 3rd position.
Students of Shiksha Niketan Sr Sec School Jeevan Nagar, Shiksha Niketan Sec School Gandhi Nagar, RMPS Chowadhi Sainik Colony, Jammu Sanskriti School Smailpur Kothey and Carmel convent School Kunjwani participated in the compietition.
One student from each of schools took part in the competition. Renu Bala, HoD Hindi from Govt. Middle School Kamala (Vijaypur) was the judge of the event. She judged the performance of the students on the basis of the given criteria regarding timing, content, presentation & body language, gestures etc.
The aim of this competition was to help the students to work on their skills and show their hidden talent.
