UDHAMPUR, May 18: The three-day Zonal Level Inter-School Athletic Meet for U/14 and U/17 Boys and Girls of Zone Udhampur culminated at Subhash Stadium, here today.
The event was organized by the Department of Youth Services & Sports Zone Udhampur under the supervision of Deep Kumar, Zonal Physical Education Officer Udhampur and under the guidance of District Youth Services and Sports Officer, Romesh Chander Mishra.
Around 134 boys from 23 government and private institutions of Zone Udhampur participated in the meet.
District Information Officer Udhampur, Rajinder Kumar Digra was chief guest at the concluding ceremony.
Proceedings of the programme and vote of thanks were delivered by Jaswinder Singh and Bhupinder Singh.
All track and field events were judged by technical experts from the Department of Youth Services and Sports, Zone Udhampur.
Prominent among those present on the occasion were Jaswinder Singh, Ravi Singh Jaswal, Ajit Singh, Deepika Manhas, Asha Meenakshi, Bhupinder Singh, Sudesh Kumar, Sonali, Roshi Gupta, Vickey Sharma, Ashok Sharma, Anshu Brat Khanna, Mamta (NYC), Anuradha (NYC) and Sunil (NYC).
