JAMMU, Jan 18: An inter-school carrom board competition of class sixth students was organized at Shiksha Niketan, Gandhi Nagar here wherein four schools participated.
The event was hosted by Physical Instructor, Anju Chib. The matches were played in two rounds.
In first round, all the participants from different school were played whereas the winner of the first round, have played the 2nd round .
In the event, the first position was claimed by Master Sarthak Sharma of RM Public School,Chowadhi, second got by Angel Thakur of Shiksha Niketan Gandhi Nagar while third and fourth positions were achieved by Arman Sharma of SD Tara Puri.
Principal Rameshwar Mengi facilitated the students with mementos and books as a token of love. The school administration also distributed light refreshment among the players.
