UDHAMPUR, Dec 14: As part of the Khelo India Campaign along with the Fit India Mission, Sports Department of Government Degree College Udhampur organised an Intra-College T20 Cricket Match.
Principal Dr Romesh Kumar Gupta after inaugurating the match emphasized the importance of sports for physical and mental fitness. He encouraged the students to showcase their talent while maintaining a healthy competitive spirit. In the T20 Match held in the cricket ground of the college, both the teams displayed optimum sportsmanship and excellent teamwork filled with enthusiasm and a passion for the game.
Team Tendulkar, comprising 11 players, faced a tough challenge as they lost the match by 3 wickets to Team Kohli. Team Kohli displayed an impressive performance by scoring 158 runs in 12 overs and successfully lashed out their opponents.
