Intra Mural Judo Championship concludes at BSF School

JAMMU, Nov 7: Intra Mural Judo Championship, organized by BSF Primary School, Paloura, Jammu concluded at Gymnasium Hall of the School, here today.
Vikas Gupta, joint secretary Judo Federation of India and General Secretary J&K Judo Association was the chief guest on the valedictory function, while Gaytri Kotwal, School Headmistress was the guest of honour.
Palak Sharma and Aryaveer Singh Jamwal were declared as the best judokas in the Championship.
In 12 kg, Ananya (1st), Ritambra (2nd), Jasmine and Akhila (both 3rd), while in 15 kg category, first place was bagged by Avni, while Manvi Thakar clinched second spot and the third place was shared by Nishta and Partigya.
In all other categories, the gold medals went to Roopika, Priyanshu, Keshav Singh, Divyansh Manhas, Vishrut Kotwal, Rahul Wastar, Rajat Chib, Tavisha Gupta, Utkarshi Kesar, Sanvi Koul, Lakshmi, Diya Babbar, Arpita Singh, Kanishka Suri and Aarv.
Those who technically supervised the Championship included referees
Suraj Bhan Singh, chief judo coach, J&K State Sports Council, Rameshwar Singh NIS judo coach BSF School, Rajinder Singh, Ranjodh Singh and Avtar Singh.
