JAMMU, May 11 : IRP 15th Battalion, Gulshan Ground, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu today dedicated a lavatory block to Government Boys Higher Secondary School Nowabad (Talab Tillo) Jammu. The lavatory block has been constructed under Civic Action Programme (CAP) which was inaugurated by Anita Sharma, SSP, Commandant, IRP 15th Battalion in presence of Subash Gupta, Principal, Teachers of the school and other prominent people of the area.
On the occasion Anita Sharma advised the school children to take keen interest in their studies, extra co-curricular activities. She impressed upon them the importance of cleanliness of their school premises as well as their respective residential areas. She further reiterated the importance of “Swachh Jammu, Clean Tawi” programme being organized by J&K Police in the coming days and also a plantation drive being launched during forthcoming rainy season.
