Sir,
With reference to the news item “Students to get PRC’s- in the news paper dated 21-4-2015. I have to say that the Govt has taken an appropriate, timely and praiseworthy step in facilitating the issuance of PRCs to the students in their respective schools with the help of a Revenue official to work as Nodal officer. This is an innovative step and will go a long way in ameliorating the sufferings of the people who otherwise have to move from door to door in Revenue offices for getting the PRCs. The process is time consuming and involves underhand means with new procedure, both these things will be done away with. If such more steps are taken in other fields where people stand in need of documents such as NOC etc the corrupt practices will come to an end. The official tantrums even for an ordinary piece of work are very painful and very inconvenient for the people. The Govt employees at the time of retirement stand in need of some documents for which they have to tap so many office doors and nothing concrete accrues unless there is some monetary transactions in the shape of “Chai Paani”. The newly adopted approach, if implemented in other department, sincerely will a pro-people measure.
Yours etc…
