The troops of the paramilitary, who were part of the strategic manoeuvre in April this year, were awarded by ITBP acting chief Mahboob Alam yesterday in the run up to the 52nd Raising Day celebrations of the force here.
The personnel were decorated for their “valiant” act and “outstanding professional recitation and undaunted dedication to keep the borders of our country safe and secure”, the force said in a statement here.
