SRINAGAR: An Over Ground Worker (OGW) of Jaish-e-Muhammad (JeM) was today arrested along with arms and ammunition in Kupwara district, official sources said.
They said following specific information about presence of an OGW at Kralgund in Kupwara, a joint operation was launched by Special Operations Group (SOG) of state police and Army in the area.
They said during the operation one OGW, identified as Mushtaq Ahmad, was arrested along with arms and ammunition.
“The OGW, who belongs to JeM, is being questioned, they added. (AGENCIES)
