JAMMU, Nov 22: A Jammu based budding Fencer, Jasdev Singh son of Jatinder Pal Singh and Gagandep Kour, has been selected for Aurang-abad Centre of Excellence (CoE) situated in Maharashtra.
He was selected for this Centre based on his performance in the 65th National School Games 2019-20, which was held at Nadiad Gujarat from February 15 to 19 this year wherein he bagged Bronze medal. Jasdev Singh is a regular trainee of Fencing coach, Rachna Jamwal of J&K Sports Council.
Parents of the budding Fencer expressed happiness on his selection.
