JAMMU, Dec 27: Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu added one more gem in its crown by achieving award of Excellence under Special School category in top 500 schools in India in a glittering ceremony held at International Convention Centre, Agra.
Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu is the first school where inclusive education is given importance in true sense and has been nurturing “students with special needs” with utmost care, compassion and zeal.
The award was based on certain parameters of education, excellence and multiple intelligence that our school always pursues. The school excelled not only in academics but also in other areas which are part of life skill programme.
Achieving award in a consistent manner is not easy, it includes comprehensive and sustained programme which nevertheless ignore inclusive education.
