Jammu United thrashes Jammu Sports

JAMMU, Nov 23: Jammu United Football Club thrashed Jammu Sports in an easy contest by five goals to one (5-1) in the ongoing Senior Division Football League Tournament, being organized by the Jammu and Kashmir Football Association, District Jammu at GGM Science College Football Ground, here.
The first goal of the match was scored by Rahul of Jammu United in 16th minute of the match. Then Chandan increased the lead by netting a goal in 33rd minute, which was followed by 2 goals pelted by Sanjeev in 48th and 38th minute, before Sushil scored a splendid goal in 50th minute of the match. The lone goal of Jammu Sports came from Sushil who scored it in 51st minute. Finally, Jammu United won the match by (5-1). Sahil of Jammu Sports and Prince of Jammu United were shown yellow cards for foul play.
The match was officiated by Tanpreet, Vijay Kumar, Sanjay and Harmanjeet Singh.
NGR will take on Young Star, while Vijay Club will lock horns with Young Rovers at the same venue tomorrow.
