JAMMU, May 7: In final of Ist Night volleyball tournament at Rajal in Nowshera, Jammu Volleyball Club defeated Rajal Club (Noshera) 3-1 (19-25,25-16,25-22,25-23) in the final.
Colonel S K Singh was the chief guest, who while giving away the title trophies, highlighted the role of sports and games in the life of young men and women. He lauded the Sarpanch Mannu Sharma for holding the tournament.
Sports promoter, Mohd Tariq was the guest of honour.
Among others present were Nena Sharma (BJP state secretary), Suno Gupta, Amit Kumar, Mushtaq Choudhary and Vinod Sharma (social activist).
