JAMMU, Oct 11: Jasia Akhter led 15-member team has been selected by Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA) for Senior Women’s T20 Tournament 2024-25, commencing from October 17 across various venues in India.
The Jammu and team will play its league phase of the tournament at Vadodara in Gujarat.
The team has been selected by Senior Women’s Selection Committee including Surabhi Dadheechi, Ankita Jalla and Masrat Ahad.
The team includes Jasia Akhter (Captain), Rudrakshi Chib (Vice Captain), Shivanti Gupta, Sanjana, Bawandeep Kour, Sarla Devi, Nadia Chowdhury, Bismah Hassan, Sandhya Sayal, Rubiya Syed, Chitra Singh Jamwal, Lalita Rai (WK), Ananaya Sharma, Sehrish Tariq (WK) and Rifat Choudhary.
Former International cricketer Latika Kumari has been appointed as the Head Coach, while Saima Rashid will be the Assistant Coach, Ravi Dogra, Manager, Parveen Aziz, Co-Manager, Rohit Rana, Trainer, Lovely Bansal, Physiotherapist and Mujtaba Wani as the Video Analyst.
