JAMMU, Dec 21: The Enforcement Wing of Jammu Development Authority (JDA) removed an unauthorized compound wall which was found raised on JDA land on pretext of fake revenue document at village Deeli, Trikuta Nagar extension.
On the direction of Vice Chairman, RK Shavan, a team under supervision of Director Land Management JDA, Devinder Singh Katoch comprising Tehsildar JDA Zone “B” Farooq Ahmad Khan, Tehsildar (HQ) JDA, CKO Narinedr Singh, KWO Pankaj Sambyal, Girdwar Shakti Kumar, JDA Patwari Sartaj Singh, KWI Romesh Kumar, Madan Lal, Thoru Mohd, Booti Singh and field staff removed unauthorized encroachment manually.
The land in question is part of Khasara No.781 which belongs to JDA and earlier was fenced by JDA, and was now grabbed by encroacher by raising compound wall and steel gate over it under the pretext of fake revenue documents.
