JAMMU, Apr 4: The Government today appointed Lokesh Dutt Jha, an Indian Administrative Services (IAS) officer of 1986 batch as Principal Resident Commissioner, J&K Government, New Delhi.
Mr Jha’s posting was ordered after he was repatriated to the State from the Central deputation recently.
