Football Premier League J&K concludes

JAMMU, Feb 15: Players of J&K Bank Academy FC were the heroes of today’s match as they netted brilliant eight goals against opponent team-NGR FC and defeated them by 8-0 goals, whereas in another match, SCFA also scripted win over Param FC by 3-1 goals on the concluding day of the ongoing J&K Premier Football League, being played at GGM Science College Ground, here.
SP Singh, Manager Mini Stadium Parade Ground was the chief guest who introduced both the teams in the presence of Ashok Singh Divisional Sports Officer Jammu of JKSC, Satish Gupta Manager MA Stadium, Satpal Singh- Chief Football Coach and Vakil Singh Supervisor.
In the first match, Brij Charak was the hero of the J&K Bank Academy who scored four goals, whereas Jayant Jamwal netted three goals and Nitin Jamwal scored one goal for his team, whereas in 2nd match, SCFA defeated its opponent team- Param FC by the margin of 3-1 goals. Sarmad scored excellent two goals and Abhay Chimbhiyal netted one goal for his team whereas Nirmal was the single player for Param FC who secured single goal.
Aman Bnathia, Nitika Thapa, Romesh Chander, Dheeraj Meenia, Abhishek and Arifa Kosher were among technical panel.
The tournament was organised by J&K Sports Council in collaboration with Football Association of J&K.
