JAMMU, Mar 27: J&K Bank Business unit Bantalab in collaboration with NABARD organized a financial literacy camp at village Chinore in tehsil Bhalwal.
More than 200 people of the locality and adjoining areas participated in the camp.
Branch Head, J&K Bank, Bantalab, Parbhat Singh Jamwal, Financial Literacy Councellor (RSETTI), district Jammu, Mohinder Kumar, Sarpanch Sukhdev Singh and other officials of the bank participated in the camp.
While speaking on the occasion, Mohinder Kumar threw light on various schemes of the bank as well as Government sponsored schemes in detail.
The Branch Head, J&K Bank, Bantalab, while speaking on the occasion, enlightened people about various schemes of the bank as well Union Government, particularly ‘Ladli Beti’ scheme. People were also educated about social security schemes like PMJDY, PMSBY, PMJJBY, APY and PMMY.
