JAMMU, May 19: Continuing with its various Platinum Jubilee initiatives, J&K Bank today organized a free medical camp at its Zonal Office, Rail Head Complex Jammu.
The camp was held in collaboration with renowned doctors from Government Medical College Jammu and other specialists from the city.
Renowned physician specialist Dr Dushyant Chowdhary and the Bank’s Vice President and Zonal Head, Arvind Gupta jointly inaugurated the camp in presence of patients, senior citizen, retired and serving employees of the Bank.
The neatly organized specialized check-up counters witnessed large number of patients, mostly elders from Jammu city, getting free counseling and consultations from eminent doctors in General Medicine, Diabetes, Orthopedics, ENT, Ophthalmology and General Surgery.
Speaking on the occasion, Arvind Gupta reiterated the commitment of the Bank towards empowering growth and all-round development of the people of the state. He conveyed that as a responsible corporate citizen, the bank shall always be at the forefront of taking philanthropic initiatives aimed at ameliorating the sufferings of the poor and needy.
