JAMMU, Oct 3: 27th North Zone Sport Climbing Championship concluded here today at Delhi in which Jammu and Kashmir team clinched seven medals.
On the final day, Kafeel -ul-Haq of J&K won a silver medal in Bouldering and a Bronze medal in lead climbing in the Sub Junior Boys category. It was the 7th medal for J&K. However, there was big disappointment in the J&K camp when Arun Deep Singh secured the fourth place in the final.
Similarly, much was expected of Shilpa Charak in the final round of Bouldering and Ayaana Bhagat in lead climbing in the sub junior girls category settled with 4th place.
