UDHAMPUR, Nov 29: Students of National Model Academy Udhampur represented Jammu and Kashmir in 5-days National Camp, organized by Hindustan Scout & Guide Unit at Sirsa in Haryana.
Seven States of the Country participated in the five days National Camp.
J&K students clinched 7 trophies in different events in this Camp. J&K secured 2nd position in Rangoli competition, Layout competition and Kabbadi competition.
In the other events they got third prize in folk group dance, folk group song, food plaza and mehandi competition.
J&K emerged runners-up while Gujarat bagged the overall Championship.
Ashish Sambyal and Vishali Gupta were adjudged as best Scout & Guide from the J&K team.
