JAMMU, Dec 14: J&K Cycling Association conducted trials in Srinagar and Jammu and selected J&K Cycling team for 19th National Road Cycling Championship to be conducted by Cycling Federation of India at Jamakhandi in Karnataka.
The selection trials were held under the supervision of Om Parkash, general secretary J&K Cycling Association; Mushtaq Ahmed, joint secretary (Kashmir Province) and N I S coach Rahul Kumar.
The team:
Elite: Prince Choudhary and Sachin Sharma.
Men Under-23: Mohd Akbar Khan, Arun Sharma, Ishfaq Ahmad Rather, Mehraj Qayoom and Hilal Ahmad Sofi.
Men Junior: Waheed Ahmad, Karan Digpal, Wasif Ahmad Lawaya and Amir Asad.
Men Sub-Junior: Aakarshit Pathak, Manan Hassan, Yougesh Sharma and Syed Hafiz Lateif.
Men Youth: Suhail Ahmad Dar and Sheikh Saqeeb-ul-Raheem.
