JAMMU, Oct 23: J&K Cycling team has been screened for 18th MTB National Cycling Championship of Senior, Junior and Sub-Junior, which is scheduled to be held at Alandi, Pune (Maharashtra) from October 28 to 21.
The screening was conducted at New Indoor Sports Complex MA Stadium, here today by Ashok Singh, Divisional Sports Officer J&K Sports Council, in presence of Council officials including Amit Kumar and Gotam.
Ravinder Singh, president Cycling Association of J&K (CAJK); Sarwant Singh Gill, secretary; Ravi Salgotra, treasure; Om Prakash Sharma, associate secretary; Rakesh Kumar and Rahil Braroo were also present during the event.
Selected team: Saqib Lateef, Harsh Tomar, Akash Bhat, Manav, Adnan Bashir, Shahnawaz Sulaman, Tanmy Sharma, Surya Partap Verma, Naseeb Jan, Tanmeet Singh, Wasim Ali, Sujal Basotra, Sunil Kumar, Shagun Chib and Deeksha Devi.
