JAMMU, Dec 21: Jammu and Kashmir beat Andhra Pradesh by 74-50 in the ongoing 70th Senior National Basketball Championship at Ludhiana, today.
J&K men, who were runners-up of the level -2 in the last edition of the National Basketball Championship outplayed their higher placed opponent in all the departments of the game, never allowing them to take lead at any point of time during the match.
J&K men played compact defence and made best of the opportunities created through quick transitions.
Ranbir Singh, Shubham Sharma and Jaskirat Singh were star performers in team’s victory.
J&K will take on Manipur in their next outing tomorrow.
