JAMMU, Aug 14: J&K excelled in the 13th All India Independence Cup Karate Championship held at Talkatora Indoor, Stadium, New Delhi.
The Championship was organized by Shito Ryu Seiko Kai Karate approved by Karate Association of India (KAI) recognized by Govt. of India (Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports),
Those who won gold medals included Mumukshu Pratap, Sanidhya Sharma and
Shatru Daman Singh, while the silver medalists included Sourav Sharma, Tajish Gupta, Udai Chib and Sahil Singh.
The bronze medal winners included Sanandan Gandotra, Vignesh Bhat, Adil Aziz, Vardaan Singh, Daiwik Chopra, Nikhil Singh, Rajat Singh, and Bhuvan Sharma.
