JAMMU, July 30: The players of Indo Oman Shotokan Karate-Do Association (IOSKDA) while representing Jammu and Kashmir excelled in 13th National Tangsoodo Championship, organized by Tangsoodo Foundation of Inderprastha at Delhi, recently.
J&K bagged 20 medals and claimed 2nd prize of the Championship.
The gold medal winners included Akhil Sharma, Ayush Parihar, Nisha Manhas and Sanjeev Kumar, while the silver medals were clinched by Vivek Jasrotia, Inder Kumar Fottra, Akhil Jamwal, Anirudh Kaith, Madhu Sharma, Kamini Rajput and Tushar Bhat. The bronze medals went to Bhupinder Jasrotia, Ankush Sharma, Abhishek Sharma, Gopal Krishan, Harsh Sharma, Attul Sharma, Shruti Sharma and Janvi Digra.
The State team participated in the event under the supervision of Ravinder Singh, Bhanu Singh, Harish Bhardwaj and Ram Singh.
