JAMMU, Jan 3: Following the selection trials and screening conducted by the J&K Sports Council, the following judokas and officials have been selected to represent Jammu & Kashmir at the Senior National Judo Championship 2024-25, scheduled to be held from January 4 to 7 at the KD Jadhav Indoor Stadium in IG Stadium, Delhi.
The selected team members were Eshaan Saini, Vishwas Jamwal, Akshay Sharma, Varun Sharma, Rajay Singh Chib, Danish Sharma, Ujjwal Khajuria, Suraj Bhan Singh, Jimmo Devi, Khushi Thakur, Hidaya Shahid, Talha Fayaz, Tazeem Fayaaz, Ambreen, Tanvi Thakur, Ritika Slathia, and Rajesh Singh (Manager).
The team is being guided by Suraj Bhan Singh (Manager, Indoor Sports Complex), Ritika Slathia (Judo Coach) and Suraj Sharma (General Secretary, JAJ&K). The selected judokas are all set to showcase their skills at the prestigious national event.
