JAMMU, June 7: 25-member J&K Roll Ball contingent was flagged off by Shiv Kumar Sharma, Joint Secretary J&K State Sports Council, in presence of Ravi Singh, Sports Officer, Satish Gupta, Manager Indoor Complex and Ambedkar Gupta in a simple function, here today.
The contingent consists of 12-member men and 12-member women team, along with one official.
The Team is going to participate in 1st Federation Cup Roll Ball Championship being held at Chandigarh from June 9 to June 11, 2017.
Earlier, the team was cleared by the Screening Committee of the J&K Sports Council headed by Shiv Kumar Sharma.
The contingent is being headed by Sudhir Singh
The team : Women: Niharika Dubey, Simran Raina, Kavneet Kour, Garvita Gupta, Rupam Kour, Ruhi Rajput, Ankita Chopra, Ashita Singh, Rasleen Kour, Parthvi Sharma, Mahima Khajuria and Ashima Gupta.
Men: Ayush Jasrotia, Rakshak Jandial, Sidhant Gupta, Hiteshwar Singh, Amrit Pal Singh, Suresh Kumar, Arjun Dev Singh, Chandan Sharma, Bhanu Singh Khajuria, Bhuvnesh Sharma, Mohd Salman and Aiyaan Javid.
