JAMMU, Dec 3: The J&K Sub Junior Taekwondo Team brought pride to the Union Territory by winning four bronze medals at the 38th National Sub Junior Kyorugi Taekwondo Championships and the 13th National Sub Junior Poomsae Taekwondo Championships held at Tau Devi Lal Stadium, Panchkula, Haryana.
The team’s remarkable performance highlighted the immense talent and determination of J&K’s young athletes, who competed against the best in the country and showcased their skills with distinction.
The J&K Taekwondo Association, led by its President Rajesh Pangotra and General Secretary Ramesh Chander Sharma, lauded the efforts of the team and congratulated the medallists for their exceptional achievements. They also expressed heartfelt gratitude to Nuzhat Gul, Secretary of the J&K Sports Council for her steadfast support and encouragement, which has been instrumental in fostering the growth of Taekwondo in the region.
