JAMMU, Aug 18: The Jammu and Kashmir Swimming Association (JKSA) flagged off the team for the 39th Sub-Junior and 49th Junior National Aquatic Championship -2023 scheduled to be held at Bhubaneswar from 16 to 20 August.
As per the statement, the selection of the team was finalized under the guidelines of Swimming Federation of India and J&K Olympic Association General Secretary, Bharat Kumar Sharma (JKSA) involved coaches Madhu Pathania and Chetan Sharma at Jammu whereas competition at Kathua was held under supervision of Kiran Jamwal and in Srinagar under the services of Peer Mohd. Amin, Joint Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir Swimming Association.
The selected swimmers are Ranveer Chowdhary, Nirwan Chowdhary from boys and Vamika Parmar from girls. In the Junior Group 2; Mohd Younis Peer from boys and Sarwani Chowdhary and Vanshika Gusain from girls while in the Sub Junior Group, Manav Gupta and Peer Mohd. Mustafa in boys and Mitali Raj and Vastavi Dubey in girls.
