JAMMU, Feb 5: J&K Teachers Forum held a meeting, which was chaired by Abdul Qayoom Wani, senior JCC leader and president EJAC.
During the meeting, the participants discussed various demands including confirmation of EVs working in Jammu division, inclusion of five years services in favour of ReTs, transfer policy in favour of ReTs and promotion of dropee lecturers and headmasters.
The forum expressed concern over the delay in filling up of the vacant posts of Principals terming the same as injustice.
Abdul Qayoom Wani in his speech impressed upon the Deputy Chief Minister/Minister for School Education to redress the issues at the earliest or face agitation.
Among others present were Ganesh Khajuria, GR Bhat, GM Hamdard, Rajinder Gupta, Satish Datta, etc.
